First Time Manager Fellowship Opportunity

The First Time Manager series will sharpen your communication skills, identify your team leadership approach and address your situational judgment to learn to lead with confidence and become an effective leader.

This newly created scholarship is for women, people of color and individuals representing small market stations entering their first managerial roles. The fellowship will fund enrollment for 10 fellows in the First Time Manager Series.

You will learn to:

• Build and lead an effective team
• Effectively motivate and engage with employees
• Set and track team goals
• Increase your and your teams' productivity
• Enable a more positive, inclusive and unified workplace culture

As a 2020 First Time Manager Fellow, you will explore the role and responsibilities of your new manager position and prepare to become a high performing manager for your team and organization.
