All program participants must have budgeting and personnel management experience. Current participants' job titles include general manager, experienced general sales managers, experienced department heads and regional and corporate executives.

The NAB Leadership Foundation is committed to building a bright, diverse and innovative future. To encourage that future, this program offers a limited number of fellowship opportunities to women and people of color. The Broadcast Leadership Training Fellowship covers the cost of program participation in addition to travel and accommodation each weekend.
Fellowship recipients will need to cover a $500 acceptance fee to be considered for this year’s programs.
