NAB Education Foundation Announces Relaunch of Broadcast Career Link

WASHINGTON, D.C. --The NAB Education Foundation (NABEF) recently unveiled the redesigned Broadcast Career Link, the premier recruitment website for the broadcast industry. The improved resource includes a variety of updated features to support both job-seekers and recruiters in all market sizes.

The Broadcast Career Link has been designed to create a seamless experience for seekers and employers alike. The site offers elements of traditional employment platforms, but specific to the multifaceted broadcast industry. Features include searchable industry-specific job postings as they relate to management, engineering, programming and sales, a resume database of qualified candidates and a featured employers section.

Additionally, the site hosts a resource center that will be regularly updated with tips and expert insight. Beyond searching for open positions or qualified hires, individuals can utilize the Broadcast Career Link to answer human resource questions and develop marketable leadership skills. Topics range from "Learning to Lead without Authority," "How to Find, Hire, and Retain Veteran Employees," and "How to Give a Great Interview."

“Our objective is to connect job seekers and employers in the communications space, while also providing resources to advance careers at every level,” said NABEF President Marcellus Alexander. “We are confident the reimagined Broadcast Career Link will greatly benefit our industry and help to attract and prepare tomorrow’s leaders.”

This is an extension of the NAB Education Foundation’s mission to reinforce the future of broadcasting through a commitment to education and to advancing the careers of all those in the industry. It also supports efforts to increase diversity, creating a stronger and broader landscape in the business.
