Hosted by

NAB Leadership Foundation logo

Join the NAB Leadership Foundation for breakfast and hear from Morra Aarons-Mele, marketing and communications executive, podcaster, entrepreneur and Harvard Business Review author. Her latest book, The Anxious Achiever, helps people rethink the relationship between their mental health and their success. She dispels the myth that mental health challenges like anxiety and depression are weaknesses in the workplace and explains how to turn stress into strength with the right tools. Attendees will learn how to lead and thrive through uncertainty, create guardrails to protect their boundaries, time and energy, develop mentally healthy teams and user anxiety to their advantage.

Morra consults frequently with Fortune 500 companies, startups and U.S Government agencies. She was the Director of Internet Marketing for the Democratic National Committee in 2004, and later she founded Edelman’s digital public affairs team. Morra has worked in various roles at leading online companies in New York and London, including iVillage.com, eBookers.co.uk, and iVillage.co.uk. She has degrees from Brown University and Harvard University.

Breakfast attendees will also receive a copy of Morra’s latest book. Space is limited.

A confirmation email will be sent to all confirmed attendees prior to the event. Please contact nablf@nab.org for any questions or concerns.
