As an independent radio owner, Mr. Gonzales is focused on hyper-local content and programming that includes talk, local sports and a music selection that is unique and entertaining. Mr. Gonzales is results-driven and champions workflow efficiency practices and organizational excellence processes. His professional aspiration is to grow his broadcasting company into a broadcasting network. Mr. Gonzales is a graduate of New Mexico State University and Stanford University and is a project management professional. He resides in Santa Fe, N.M., with his wife Adi-Risa Gonzales and their three kids Adaiah, Asher and Amarisa. In his spare time, Mr. Gonzales enjoys spending time with his family and cultivating relationships.
